Coho Kitchen Boot Camp Spring 2020: Demystifying Duck & Gluten-Free Baking Secrets

Join Chefs Tim and Jessica for Kitchen Boot Camp at Coho Restaurant! cooking class with TimHave fun while learning the basics of cooking. We will be offering two sessions this spring that will help you bring the farm-to-fork flavors that you enjoy at the restaurant into your own home kitchen. Chef Tim will demystify duck preparation, and Chef Jessica will share her gluten-free baking secrets. Take one or both! Grab your friends, co-workers, or family members and get ready for a fun-filled afternoon. These intimate, hands-on sessions will demystify the how-to’s and answer the all-important whys. You’ll leave with new skills, food in your belly, recipes to share, plus a $10 gift certificate to dinner!

Sunday, April 19, 2020 - Gluten-Free Baking Secrets with Chef Jessica Chef Jessica will share tips to prepare a variety of tasty gluten-free products. From focaccia to pie crust, learn how to layer ingredients and flavors to maximize texture and taste so that you and your gluten-free guests won’t feel you’re missing a thing. You will leave with a starter kit of recipes to apply in your own home kitchen.


Classes run from 3 to 6 p.m. and are $75/session. Maximum four participants. You will be standing and cooking for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Call 360-378-6330 to save your spot!
