Book NowWe look forward to welcoming Kevin Masterman, winemaker for Rotie Cellars to Coho Restaurant for a winemaker’s dinner on Friday, June 14th, 2019. Rotie Cellars was born out of a desire to pay homage to the wines of the Rhône Valley. From the deep and complex Syrah-Viognierblends of the Northern Rhône, to the sultry GSM’s (Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre) of the South, the renowned region offers a wealth of inspiration.

Since 2007, Sean Boyd’s been living that goal. Boyd’s wine making philosophy is simple- combine old world wine making techniques with the highest quality Rhône varietals that Washington has to offer. Boyd sources from some of the best and oldest vineyards in the state in an effort to showcase the most elegant blend possible, while ensuring the typicity of the fruit is expressed.

Our culinary team will offer 5 courses paired with these exquisite wines sourcing ingredients from local producers from the Island and surrounding region.

These evenings are always memorable and sell out quickly. Dinner is $55/person for 5 courses and $45 for the optional wine pairing. There is one seating for dinner at 6 p.m.
