J. Bookwalter Winery Dinner, March 23, 2018
The Bookwalter family roots are deep seeded in agriculture and in Washington wine making. Currently, John Bookwalter is the 10th generation involved in the winery. We are pleased to welcome Jack Chase from the Maritime Wine Trading Collective to host the evening and present the J. Bookwalter Wines. Chef Tim will prepare a tasting menu paired with the wines. There is one seating at 6 p.m. Dinner is $55 plus and the optional wine pairing $40.
