Coho Restaurant’s last winemaker dinner for the 2017 season features the wines of Dunham Cellars. Join Tyler Tennyson Friday, November 10th for a wonderful evening of Washington food and wine. Tyler Tennyson is no stranger to the great wine making tradition of Washington. Prior to Dunham Cellars, Tyler worked at Gordon Estate Winery, Seven Hills and Dusted Valley Vintners.

Using grapes from some of the finest vineyards in the Walla Walla, Yakima and Columbia Valleys, Dunham Cellars has established an award-winning reputation for crafting premium wines starting back in 1995. This family-owned winery consistently earns high marks for their wine making tradition.

We will present 5 wines the 2015 “Shirley Mays” Chardonnay, which supports Susan G. Komen for the Cure Puget Sound Affiliate to help the fight against breast cancer, 2014 Lewis Vineyard Riesling, 2013 Dunham Syrah, 2013 Trutina, and the 2012 Lewis Vineyard Merlot.

Chef Tim’s menu includes scallops, duck, beef tenderloin, braised pork and apple tarte tatin.

It promises to be another memorable evening. Chef Tim will create an autumnal menu paired with the wines.  There is one seating at 6 p.m.  Six courses and five wines – $55/person food + $35 for wine pairing. Make a night of it – the Tucker House Inn will offer $129 queen Jacuzzi guest rooms for those attending the dinner.
