DeLille Cellars: A Winemakers Dinner

Coho Restaurant had the honor and privilege of welcoming back DeLille Wine Cellars last Friday, October 27th for the second year in a row. We had a full house for Jay and Catherine to enlighten and inspire all us all with their personal stories and vast knowledge of winemaking. Our new Executive Chef, Tim Payne had an impressive performance as well, pairing each wine with a delectable course of it’s own.
