DeLille Cellar’s Wine Dinner October 27, 2017
Coho Restaurant hosted a special dinner with DeLille Cellars this spring. It was such an amazing evening we invited Jay Soloff and his wife Catherine back for another dinner. This dynamic duo had us on the edge of our seats with the perfect balance of wine education mixed with a bit of stand-up comedy. It was at testament to their wines and Chef’s pairing that the evening was sold out even before the menu was available!
So you have another opportunity to sample DeLille Cellars wines with Chef’s deft pairings. We will feature a different line up of wines including some of their big signature reds, wines that will pair beautifully with the flavors of the fall harvest. Five courses of food for $55 and an optional wine pairing for $45.
DeLille is a boutique artisan winery located in Woodinville, Washington. The winery has celebrated winemaker Chris Upchurch at the helm. They source much of their fruit from the prestigious Red Mountain AVA. Their wines embody Washington terroir and the great wine making tradition in our state. We promise another unforgettable evening!
