Chef’s Tasting Menu
Each night Coho Restaurant offers a 4 course Chef’s tasting menu featuring dishes from Coho Restaurant’s a la carte menu. This prix fix menu allows you to experience a seasonal succession of delights to savor the different flavors and freshness of the local fields, orchards, and the sea. The menu is a parade of small courses showcasing ingredients sourced from purveyors on San Juan Island, mainland Washington and Oregon. Put yourself in Chef Tim’s capable hands and prepare yourself for a memorable meal.
The pairing is $55/person and $45 for a vegetarian tasting. The Chef’s tasting menu includes an optional beverage pairing culled from the boutique wine makers, brewers and artisan distillers from the region.
