Starting mid-September, Chef Ryan will bring back his popular 4 course Chef’s tasting menu featuring dishes from Coho Restaurant’s a la carte menu. This prix fix menu allows you to experience a seasonal succession of delights to savor the different flavors and freshness of the local fields, orchards, and the sea. The menu is a parade of small courses showcasing ingredients sourced from purveyors on San Juan Island, mainland Washington and Oregon. Put yourself in Chef Ryan’s capable hands and prepare yourself for a memorable meal.
The chef’s tasting is $55/person and $45 for a vegetarian meal. The Chef’s tasting menu includes an optional 4 wine pairing – $35 culled from the boutique wine makers from the region.
