Wolf Hollow Wildlife Rehabilitation Center cares for injured and orphaned wild animals from our local area, with the aim of releasing them back into the wild. They care for over 600 animals each year, and many of these animals are brought in for care during the busy spring and summer "Baby Season." These little creatures often need help when their mother is killed by a car or by dogs, their nest is destroyed, or they are caught by a cat. All these little fawns, pups, kits and nestlings need lots of food and constant care while they recover and grow strong enough to survive on their own.
On the Wolf Hollow website, you can learn what to do if you find an injured or orphaned wild animal, and you can also see who is currently under their care. Take a look at some of the recent Wolf Hollow patients.
So here’s your chance to wear your fanciest, wildest, or silliest hat in public places – and help these poor injured creatures at the same time!
