Homare “Yuzu Citrus”Chef will prepare 5 courses including western and Asian fare to showcase the diversity of sake and how food-friendly it is. Sake, like bubbly pairs well with a wide range of dishes. Chef's draft menu includes tuna sashimi, black cod with soba noodles, brazilian nut encrusted pork, sauteed clams, olive oil cake. We will post the menu shortly! These evenings are always memorable and sell out. So please plan on joining us for our final special event dinner this fall celebrating Savor the San Juans. The sake seminar is 75 minutes beginning at 4:30 and is $25 including a series of small bites. Dinner follows beginning at 6 p.m. after a short reset of the dining room. A special package price for the sake seminar, 5-course dinner and sake pairing is $100 plus tax and service. Receive a $25 credit on the purchase of 5 bottles of sake if you attend the seminar. If you prefer an a la carte option, the 5-course dinner is $55 and the optional sake pairing $35. Why stop with a fantastic dinner when you can enjoy a sumptuous gourmet-style breakfast as well?
