Kontos Cellars Winemakers Dinner

We were pleased to welcome Cameron Kontos, Kontos Cellars' winemaker as our host for the evening. The event featured five of their wines paired with dishes reflecting the seasonal harvest from local producers. Cameron makes single varietal Bordeaux wines along with several blends. He believes that blending the same variety between vineyards along with an extensive oak program creates a wonderful complexity in the wine. Cameron hails from a wine-making family and learned alot about wine, wine making and life from his father, Cliff. The dragon fly that graces their label represents change and life's journey.
