Coho Restaurant offers a four-course Chefs' Tasting menu featuring dishes from the a la carte menu. This prix fixe menu allows you to experience a seasonal succession of delights to savor the different flavors and freshness of the local fields, orchards and the sea. The menu is a parade of small courses showcasing ingredients sourced from purveyors on San Juan Island, mainland Washington and Oregon. There are restaurants that focus entirely on a dedicated tasting, or a prix fix, menu. We like to use our tasting menu as a place to experiment and use the small batch ingredients from our partner farms and purveyors. The tasting menu also allows us to offer selections incorporating elements from different styles of cuisine. As a restaurant that takes a lot of pride in our wine list and food pairings, having a tasting menu that is constantly evolving allows us to play with the subtle and delicate nuances these fantastic wines provide.
