Global Cuisine Itinerary Continued Spring 2016
We had such a fabulous turn out on our first two world tours, we are continuing our third Global Cuisine tour this coming February with a “Slow Food” tour. We will immerse ourselves in the food of a particular country savoring their food traditions and cuisine for a month or so and then travel on. This gives us more time to explore the distinctive flavors of regional cooking.
Chef Bill will offer a special 3-course prix fixe dinner each Wednesday in addition to our regular menu for $30. We’ll also feature 20% off the wines from the country we are visiting. Great value along with great food! Look for our spring itinerary this fall.
We will visit Paris, Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, St. Sebastian, Provence, Lyon, Normandy, Alsace, Piedmonte, Liguria, Tuscany, Rome and Sicily.
