We had such a fabulous turn out on our first two world tours, we are continuing our third Global Cuisine tour this February in France after spending November and December in Italy. Instead of jet-setting from country to country each week, we are doing a “Slow Food” tour. We savor the cuisine of each country for 4-5 weeks and then travel on. This gives us more time to savor and explore the distinctive flavors of regional cooking.

Starting on February 11th in Paris, the cultural epicenter of France, Chef Bill will present a menu representing the haute cuisine the city is known for. Our remaining 4 weeks will be spent exploring the rural provinces and the rustic country cuisine of these regions Chef Bill will offer a special 3-course prix fixe dinner each Wednesday in addition to our regular menu. We’ll also feature 20% off all of our French wines plus $10/glass for our Bordeaux style blend - The 5 Nobles. ¬†Great value along with great food!

February 25, 2015 – Alsace

February 18, 2015 – Normandy

February 11, 2015 – Paris

December 17 – Piedmonte
